Follows the events in Attitude Adjustment.
Written for the No Adverb February Challenge in the Discord server. I’ve avoided all -ly adverbs and tried to avoid the sneakier ones too, like ‘just’ and ‘very’. I was less of a stickler for them when writing dialogue. But if you catch them in the narrative…no you *didn’t*.
As always, I do not condone the spanking of real-life children or anyone who does not or cannot consent to such things. This is fiction, folks!
