It took hardly any time at all in his new role as the prince's pet dog for Kayn to realize that Ezreal was more than a ridiculous spoiled little creature.
That's not to say that he wasn't ridiculous, or spoiled, because he sure as hell was – the absolute mountain of decorations going up around the castle for the kid's birthday were proof enough of that. Kayn may only be just nine years old himself, but he's fairly sure that an eight year old doesn't need to have a huge fancy party that includes choosing wineries, or an entire room full of presents that keep coming in from who knows what corners of the world.
