Cain and Alyssa are Obi-Wan Kenobi's family. However, Obi-Wan doesn't know that and the twins have to keep their identity secret.
It doesn't last long as Anakin and Cain shared temporary quarters and sees his face. Secrets come crumbling down as they become closer friends.
Alyssa has more lenience than Cain, since she's female and can't be linked to Obi-Wan as easily as her twin brother. However, she does have to hide many things from Delta Squad.
Cain makes many slip-ups, creating a bad impression to one of the ARC troopers of the 501st and the secrets threaten to spill from the loud-mouthed clone.
The fact that the Republic's private bounty hunters are related accidentally slips when Alyssa tries to find clues about Sephinroth's mysterious disappearance and Sev's supposed death, which they believe he is still alive.
As the Galactic Republic delve deeper into defeating the Separatists, new evil makes an appearance and secretly wants to take Cain, and his sister, under their wing.
