Sometimes, there's truth behind the lies we tell other people. It's never absolute, how could anything be? Astarion is a horrible charlatan, and sometimes an even worse liar. He doesn't always mean what he says. Aelius rarely does. The truth behind their half-lies remains ever masked behind the deeper lies they tell themselves.
Takes place after Astarion's second proposition in Act 1.
