The Z-Team is being sent on a short-term work trip. In this modern era, remnants of the Quirks that once elevated their wielders to Divine positions are cropping up again, and atop them all sit a matched pair in a balanced dance of mutual destruction.
The child who comes into possession of one such Quirk slowly comes to understand it, and with it understand themselves.
And maybe develop a bit of a complex about it.
