Summary
Coriolanus hadn’t taken the easy route, joining in with his friends, baiting and bullying the new boy from the districts who had shown up earlier that week, a bag of gumdrops clutched between shaking hands as he cautiously scanned the playground.
After all, Snows didn’t bully. They didn’t need to.
But just because he refused to bully Sejanus Plinth didn’t mean he liked him.
Far from it.
---
Trapped in the nurse's office with his usual horrible headaches, young Coriolanus Snow is forced into his first conversation with Sejanus Plinth. He finds out that he's a hard person to hate, but that won't stop Coriolanus from trying.

Summary
“Coryo.”
The voice reached out to Coriolanus through the haze of his intoxicated state, as strong and familiar as their days together in the Peacekeepers, all the way back in District Twelve.
Coriolanus blinked wary eyes open, and there he was. Sejanus Plinth. As perfectly young and vibrant and handsome as he had been in the months preceding that one fateful summer day at the Hanging Tree.
