Description:

All-human AU in which Sam and Dean live in a three-story almost-sound Victorian-style house with an ever shifting cast of friends and lovers. They also own Rocky's Bar-- a hole in the wall where the drinks are strong, the jukebox is loud, and the manager will break your nose if he catches you disrespecting a lady.

Notes:

-The author is not polyamorous and takes all responsibility for factual errors on how such a relationship dynamic would work. If you have corrections or suggestions, please be gentle when you do so.
-Sam and Dean are brothers, and are a committed couple. Yep, we're in Wincest-land-- blame the usual suspects.
-Sam and Dean are the primary and everyone else in the house is more friends-with-benefits.
-This will be mostly Female Reader Character Anywhere But Here style, but it might go third person for certain sections.
-Timeline is not fixed and scenes will happen as they occur to me.
-The house is three stories, five bedrooms, and is being repaired and renovated as time and money allow. The lot's a corner double and covers almost an acre, with an herb and vegetable garden. There's an attached garage where Baby lives, and a small barn for garden equipment. Sam and Dean have the master bedroom in the house and Cas lives in an apartment over the barn.
