Armand looked up at him as if it was exactly where he had intended to be, as if this too were a performance. With a gentle thumb, he wiped futilely at the blood staining Daniel's lips.
"Oh, ma raison de vivre, is this an interview too? Am I to tell you all which you cannot remember?" Armand asked. "But will words be enough to convince you, when I could simply embellish once again?"
