Summary
In another world, one far removed from the main universe of BNHA, the heads of the League of Villains were fated for another path in life entirely. For years, the Shigaraki Detective Agency has operated in relative success, utilising the skills of its members and occasionally underhanded tactics to expose injustice and take down the occupants of Japan's speedier underbelly - for the right fee, of course.
However, when a routine investigation turns into a murder case, the Agency is to find their resources - and their morality - strained as a brutal and crafty serial killer seems to be able to outmanouvre them at every junction. In the end, Tomura Shigaraki may just find himself sinking to his lowest point in order to solve the case and put the elusive Hero Killer on the spot.

Summary
Half a year after the monstrous Stain was brought to his knees and the corruption of the prefecture's governor was dragged to light, the world has kept on spinning, and for Tenko Shigaraki and the members of the Shigaraki Detective Agency, things have pretty much carried on, business as usual. However, the murder of a Hero Public Safety Commission agent brings all of that relative peace to an end, sending the agency down yet another winding rabbit hole to uncover a brand new conspiracy that could potentially bring the whole country to its knees.
