Upon an Oil-rig off the coast of England. The workers drill down in order to find oil. Though what they find is something worse.
Their drill accidentally awakens a colony of sea devils which now rise to attack these invaders on their territory.
It is up to the Doctor and his daughter/current companion. To stop them before a war breaks out between humanity and the Sea devils

Summary
The Doctor and Jenny both arrive on the station named Refuge. A Refugee station owned by humanity designed to help those fleeing conflict or fleeing their occupied world in order to start a new life.
However problems stir when one of the Refugee ships doesn't report in. It turns out that a feared and notorious raider known as Kreegan has been attacking this very ship carrying several refugees.
As the Doctor works to try and figure out how to get these refugees past Kreegan and his band of marauders Jenny gets to know one of the refugees and her tragic backstory.
