Bucky is in desperate need of a new arm. The only problem: he needs surgery to get it. Thanks to years of medical torture at the hands of HYDRA, Bucky and surgery no longer mix. But Bucky trusts Steve more than he fears going under the knife. Steve promises that everything’s going to be alright, and that’s enough for Bucky. But when Bucky suffers a rare medical emergency during surgery, will Steve’s promise be broken?
