“What do you want this time?” Hisoka inquired with a small hint of sarcasm. “As much as I appreciate your company, I don’t have all night. You know I'm a busy man.”
It was a blatant lie, even to his own ears. The truth was that he would have willingly stayed there for hours, simply reveling in the presence of his companion.
Illumi blankly stared back at him and replied with unyielding seriousness, “I want you.”
A wide, amused grin spread across Hisoka's lips. “Oh, don’t say things like that, dear. One might think you’re asking me out for sex.”
“That is exactly what I am doing.”
“Pardon?”
