“Hairdryer,” he says in English. “Give it.”

“What are you doing on my bed, by the way?”
“Uh… No reason,” Gyuvin coughs. “I was doing a live here earlier and I guess I just fell asleep.”
“Really?” Ricky hums, already amused. “So it’s not because I wasn’t here and you were feeling really bored and sad?”
“Huh?”
“And you know, because my bed calms you down and it’s so comfortable and it’s a place that gives you inner peace…”
“Huh?!”

Summary
Ricky’s time with his family was always limited, always precious, so as selfish as it might seem, he kind of wanted to keep it to himself as much as he could.
But with Gyuvin… It wasn’t even a question.
Bringing Gyuvin with him only seemed natural. It seemed right. If Ricky was going to meet his mother, of course Gyuvin would come along. Of course Gyuvin would be right by his side the entire time.
Or at least, he was supposed to.

Gyuvin is doing it again. Underestimating himself, blaming himself, so cruelly putting himself down when he’s the best thing that’s ever happened to Ricky.
And Ricky wants to tell him so, wants to tell him that no hospital in this world could ever care for him as well as Gyuvin would, no doctor on this earth could ever cure the endless ache he has for Gyuvin’s touch, not a single person in the entire history of humanity could ever, ever make Ricky feel as safe and as comfortable and as loved as he always does when he’s with Gyuvin.
But Ricky doesn’t know how to, so in the end, all he can say is: “Has anyone ever told you that you have gentle hands?”
