Reo's heart breaks like a mirror hitting the floor from a corner, he doesn't have time to let himself fall into that dark pit again and speaks...
“What are you saying, Nagi... what are you thinking?” and pathetically says ”What's wrong with me!!!?”

Nagi leaves the room saying something, but Reo is no longer there, his ears ringing, he feels like saying he's proud and happy for Nagi but he can't, now he has to make an almost superhuman effort not to break down in front of his friend... finally he falls down, leans against the wall and sits down, trying to hide the sobs because eliminating the tears is impossible.

It is impossible to ignore the mirrors, they are everywhere, Shuuto gives quick glances and goes on with his life, as if his heart is not beating so hard in his chest when he feels the need to stay in front of the mirror for a longer time and shatter his little self-esteem, he knows what they think of him, he is pathetic, a loser, a stray dog that blue lock was forced to take in by allowing the former U-20 to join the project, they want gems like Oliver or Niou... not a disaster like Sendou Shuuto.

He doesn't know when he started scratching his arms, he hasn't done it for a long time, but when he looks at his hands he sees blood, little threads of blood forming, all irregular, horrible scratches that do nothing but remind him of his weakness, that each time the shreds of his mind are becoming more evident until one day, that ugly rag doll with dull and tangled hair is simply going to fall apart and the emperor is going to finish eliminating him forever.
(this oneshot can be read as platonic but it would be a bit disappointing if it were, so if you're wondering there is romance involved (^-^))
