Summary
Megatron, AKA NBE-1, was called the father of the modern age. Simmons boasted of the fact that all modern technology was reverse-engineered from him. The studies performed on the frozen warlord did not all create new weaponry, some yeilded far more disturbing results. None more heinous than project Maimed Angel.
