After waiting for so long my wife asked me to finish the story for her and I thought I would share it just in case anyone else would like to read my version while they wait for the real thing.
In the wake of treachery and war, Westeros teeters on the edge of the Long Night. Jon Snow, betrayed and murdered by his own brothers, is resurrected by Melisandre, but he returns changed, haunted by visions of Bran and a future consumed by ice. Bran Stark, now the Three-Eyed Raven, delves into the past and uncovers the truth of Jon’s parentage. Stannis Baratheon’s final gambit against the Boltons ends in blood, while Theon Greyjoy exacts brutal vengeance on Ramsay Bolton. In the South, Cersei Lannister tightens her grip on King’s Landing, turning Tommen into her puppet. Meanwhile, the White Walkers stir, their army growing as an ancient force awakens. As factions scheme and betray, Euron works to unleash ancient forces. Daenerys returns to Meereen after receiving a fiery vision. The game of thrones continues, but winter is here, and death marches with it.

A follow-up to my The Winds of Winter fanfic and my interpretation of the conclusion to the A Song of Ice and Fire book series.
As the last chains of ancient magic break, forgotten powers rise. Benjen Stark discovers an icy lake where time was sealed, but beneath it, a frost-crowned stag, a drowned lion, and an undead direwolf begin to stir. When he vanishes, the world shudders. In the ruins of Valyria, Daenerys walks through fire once more, not to be reborn, but to awaken what her blood had buried. She emerges not as queen, but as flame unbound. Bran Stark, lost in the Weirwood network, becomes more than a greenseer. He becomes its voice, memory, and warning. The pact is broken. Magic returns unbound, and with it, the dead begin their final march. From Westwatch to Eastwatch, the Wall collapses in fire, storm, and sorrow. The Nightfort erupts. The Ice Dragon soars. From the Fist of the First Men rises Morgrin Vark, the Frozen Wolf, an ancient hero remade by betrayal and winter, leading an army of white-eyed revenants. Jon Snow reunites with kin, wielding a Weirwood blade toward his reckoning. The Age of Men ends with howls that shake the bones of the world. The Long Night has returned.Series
