Percy could no longer deny it.
The scratch in his throat the past couple days had turned into pressure in his skull from a stuffed nose. Breathing? Difficult at best. Sleeping? Near impossible.
Then that very morning he'd woken to an ache in his bones similar, but definitely not nearly as bad, as trekking through Tartarus. At least it didn't come with the unbearable heat. No, instead he was cold. So cold even though he'd layered himself up in his favourite pyjama trousers, blue hoodie and a fluffy blanket.
Or, Percy gets sick while he's at New Rome University, luckily Jason and Nico are there to help him out
