Summary
Yukari lay in bed, staring at the ceiling. Her eyes, red from the silent tears of the night before, searched the familiar lines and patterns for some comfort. Her mind raced with a whirlwind of emotions—sadness, anger, and a lingering hope that had yet to be extinguished by the harsh reality of the situation. Her heart felt as heavy as the weight of the world itself, a burden she wasn't sure she could bear.
Her hand hovered over the phone, the cold plastic a stark contrast to her warm skin. She had debated whether to check old videos, to hear his voice one last time. But she knew that would only make it harder. So instead, she gripped the blanket tightly and took a deep, shaky breath. Her eyes fell to the floor, where her suitcase sat packed and ready, a visual representation of the finality of her decision. She had to leave. The new dorm was waiting, promising a fresh start, but all she could think about was the emptiness she would feel without her beloved partner by her side.

Summary
Yukari chuckled, watching her friend's meticulous movements. "You're so much like Makoto sometimes, short answers." She said, a touch of nostalgia in her voice. The mention of Makoto was like opening a Pandora's box of memories. The two of them had been so close, almost inseparable, back at the Iwatodai Dormitory. Now, with the new dorm and a different atmosphere, she felt a void that Aigis seemed to fill, albeit imperfectly.
Aigis looked over at Yukari, her expression unchanging. "I am designed to emulate human behavior, but I am not Makoto." Her words were factual, but Yukari could almost feel the underlying warmth in them, a comforting reminder of the bond they had formed over the year.
