Summary
They’ve always been there for each other — through breakups, bad jobs, and way too many moves. It’s practically tradition: one hauls boxes while the other brings pizza or drinks, and they both pretend everything is normal. But this move feels different. Maybe it’s the empty apartment, maybe it’s the way neither of them wants the night to end, or maybe it’s the way his eyes drag over him like he’s memorizing something he’s not supposed to want.
