  The Doc isn’t sure what happened to Shepherd in the long months he was gone. New scars, countless sleepless nights, and a peculiar lantern of bone came home with him, along with a following of odd villagers.

  While the Doc has many questions about these various developments, the lantern in particular catches his interest.

  Although Tommy loves his new life in Yona, he can't help but get bored when Shepherd and the Doc are out working. Playing with a stick in the dirt can only be entertaining for so long, especially with the coolest toy he's ever seen sitting on the top shelf in Shepherd's room. He knows that Shepherd's dragon toy is off-limits, but surely playing with it one time couldn't hurt, right?
