This is a rewrite of the show from the end of Episode 9 onward. If the fic title sounds familiar, it's because I wrote this fic a few years ago but was a bit too tired while writing it. I've rewritten it now after getting back into the fandom. I've updated the timeline, changed a few hidden details, and even shifted some major things around to make the story longer and flow better. Summary
Cheol was stunned into silence and could do nothing but watch as she faded away before his eyes. The whole world seemed to freeze as he watched her slowly disintegrate, going back to her own world. Time was still moving, but it felt like Cheol was wading through honey with each second that passed.

Just when Cheol's feelings were finally coming into focus, Yeonjoo shook his heart enough to end the episode. Not knowing when she would return, he had no choice but to sit in that room and think over what he had just yelled at her, what he had just accused her of. With all that time to think, he ponders what he should have done differently.
