‼‼ SPOILERS FOR ENDING 41! ‼‼
Eito sighs, and mouths Takumi’s name. He pictures Takumi’s face in his mind. He can never quite get it right; something in his eyes is too soft and gentle. He can’t put it to the face of the Takumi he knows and loves deeply— it lacks the slight sharpness in his eyes that betrays how constant his stream of thought is, how thoroughly he thinks through every single moment. Every action Takumi takes is his own; he possesses a will that cannot be stopped.
The point is: Nobody can force Takumi Sumino to do anything he doesn’t want to. Except for Takumi himself, he supposes.
Eito hasn't gotten a reward yet, but he deserves one. Well, Eito thinks he does, anyway; it's just a matter of whether Takumi thinks the same.

Summary
‼‼ SPOILERS FOR ENDING 41! ‼‼
And besides, someone like Eito Aotsuki is surely chomping at the bit to have sex with him. It’s nothing to be ashamed of– as much as Eito surely hates it, he’s human like the rest of his poor followers. It’s kind of funny, genuinely funny, to Takumi— the feeling smashes clear through the barrier that exists between his body and mind and elicits a soft giggle from him. Pretty much everyone else has wanted to have sex with him, ultimately, and... Eito taking himself out of the running for rewards is likely some form of self-flagellation when Takumi really thinks about it. Poor, poor Eito, punishing himself on behalf of his God...
...Yes, Eito has been good. And good followers have to be rewarded.
Eito hasn't gotten a reward yet, but he deserves one. Well, Takumi thinks he does, anyway. He's going to have to swallow his mixed feelings on the idea of 'rewarding' Eito in that way, though, because there's no other reward he could possibly want.
