Summary
It’s been six months since Peter left on his grand adventure and Carla is tentatively thinking about dating again. Not sure how to go about it, she gets a recommendation from Ryan (who is positively gleeful about the whole thing) to try a new app. No photos, no names, no identifying personal details. Just a brief summary of who you are as a person and see what happens.
Lisa has been single (widowed, she reminds herself) for three years. She is absolutely not ready to go hunting for ‘the one’ but she has to admit she’s missed the attention and having someone who’s solely for her to speak to. She just wants someone who’s not a mardy teenager, a colleague, or a suspect to talk to.

Summary
Set 3 years after the events of Swipe Right.
It took them all of 2 months before they moved in together. 10 months into the relationship they got engaged. A year after that they were married.
It hasn't exactly been plain sailing from them over the last three years - there was the time Carla let Betsy bring a boy round without consulting Lisa, Lisa taking an unexpected promotion despite Carla wanting her home a bit more, not to mention the pregnancy scare in Betsy's first year of uni... But things are going fine. Just fine.
They've still got the app, Swipe, on their phones. Somehow it had felt weird to leave their aliases of Otter and Gloves behind. And it's not like they use it for anyone but themselves. It's just a fun little quirk of their relationship. Not to mention it's a great way of sending a salacious message across the living room without coming under the scrutiny of snooping teen eyes (Carla is still paying for Betsy's therapy).
With Betsy away from home, the factory basically running itself these days, and Lisa seemingly always at work, Carla's just feeling a bit... lonely. She's not looking for owt. Obviously. But it would be nice if *someone* answered her messagesSeries
