A slice-of-life series, taking characters we know and love from the Don't Starve franchise and setting them smack-dab in the middle of New Jersey. It's a glimpse into the lives of Wilson and WX-78, two gas-station workers who decided to become roommates for the sake of convenience—sharing the same car, the same apartment, and the same job hours. With two people spending that much time together, what could possibly go wrong?

Notes:

This is a series of stories transcribed from of text roleplays that have taken place over the span of nearly a year. (We're still actively making new stories with each other as these ones get put together and posted, but there's quite a backlog.)

In some of these stories, we've written these characters as much more affectionate than maybe they would be, because we're generally affectionate people, and we're playing the parts of these characters. We've agreed to, for the most part, not change this part about the stories. There are always other places to read canon-adjacent WXson fanfiction if you don't like this portrayal of them.
