Summary
This happens after season 10. After a long fight, the Darkness has been locked and defeated. The gates of Hell have been closed with it too. Rowena is dead. Charlie has come back to life. And the gates of Heaven have been partially closed, making Castiel fall and become human in a painful process.
Now Castiel lives in the bunker with Sam and Dean and Dean can’t suppress his feelings for Cas anymore, and neither the ex-angel can. Things are quiet in the supernatural world, there are some occasional hunts, but it is quiet, and in that quietness, Dean and Castiel are going to try and have what they didn’t have the chance to before; a relationship.
This is about Dean and Castiel getting together and how their lives go once they manage to do so.

Summary
Dean and Castiel have been together for a year and a half. The supernatural world is still quiet, with some occasional hunts. But apart from that, everything is nice and quiet. That's why Dean decides to take a vacation and go on a road trip with Cas, wanting to see some of the most touristic places in USA. Castiel agrees and tells Dean that there is a place he wants to go, but he won't reveal anything about that place until they arrive, wanting to surprise him.
Both are excited to spend a whole month on vacation, visiting places, being together, getting to know each other a little bit more and being in love.

Summary
Life keeps going on, and so does hunting. Dean and Cas have managed to have some sort of normal life in between hunts, but they are getting older, and hunting is starting to get harder. Even though they are both happy and satisfied with their life, a tiny part of them wants to have a fully normal life and retire. and that part is starting to grow bigger with every hunt.
