Summary
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...
Two brothers, Edward and Alphonse Elric, are raised and trained in the Jedi Temple. It's unusual for two brothers to be in the Jedi Order at the same time, and it brings its own set of challenges. Roy Mustang trains under Master Bertholdt Hok-ua-i, a brilliant and troubled Jedi Master, and makes some discoveries about his own abilities and the ways he wants to use them. Winry Rockbell, Coruscant's cybernetics prodigy, gets a civilian apprenticeship at the Jedi Temple and makes some new friends. All the while, war looms on the horizon.

Meanwhile, on the home front in Coruscant, Al learns that the half the battle is fought in the Senate chamber, while Winry faces the impact the war has on her friends and herself.

Summary
The Republic has fallen, with the dark shadow of the Empire rising to take its place. It's a dangerous time for everyone as they adjust to the regime, but particularly for the surviving Jedi that have been forced into hiding. Even so, everyone is searching for something. Mustang and Hawkeye are searching for peace as they attempt to rebuild their lives. Al is looking for a way to fight back against the darkness consuming the galaxy. Winry is trying to find a new version of herself that doesn't get left behind. Ed just wants to find his brother.
But the Empire is searching, too, and they outnumber the survivors of Order 66. It only takes one wrong move to reveal what you are, and discovery means death - or worse.
