Summary

Arthur's hands cradled their face now, warm and heavy. His thumbs wiped the stream of tears from their cheeks. Ciaran looked at his face, avoiding the warmth of those eyes. They could see his dry lips and dark stubble over the neck implant. They reached up to caress it with their thumb, sensations grounding them further.
“You gave me quite a scare.”
The Drifter has a nightmare, and Arthur is there to comfort them.
