“Oh please,” Stu drawls around his chewed up paper straw. “Get a room!”
“Nah, we’ll save that for the tunnel of love,” Billy shoots back, pitching his voice into a weak imitation of Stu’s.
Stu’s mouth twitches as he gets up to toss his empty cup in the bin. Maybe this could be a fun night after all.

“Hey, let’s make a bet,” Stu says, angling his head so his lips brush Billy‘s ear. It’s actually insane how easy it is to make that boy blush. Stu wants to lick him.
“What are you talking about?” Billy scowls, still glaring into the distance while Stu contemplates if it’s worth the risk sticking his tongue in his ear.
“A bet,” he repeats, opting for restraint. “See how much blood we can spill.”

”Come on, now you’re gonna keep your mouth shut?” Billy taunts, his usual snark reduced to a pathetic croak.
“What d’you want from me?” Stu slurs. He tips his head back with his eyes shut and a sudden anger flares up in Billy’s guts.
“I want you to keep pressing that wound so you don’t bleed out, you stupid fuck.”
