  Summary

  Heizou helping Wanderer cool off after a day of stupidity from the day that had occurred before, whilst clinging to the other as much as he wants.

  As for the chaos that the new transfers, oh boy. They may as well be driving Cyno crazy at this point, they are lucky that Cyno hasn't reported some of them multiple times for the amount of times he's practically caught them trying to snoop around; for Teyvat's so called manipulation.
