Summary
Augustine Platane is a young Kalosian marine biologist seeking funding for his team. His goal? To study milotic, an extremely rare fish pokémon that has influenced mythological tales around the world.
He doesn't know yet that he will find something truly unexpected at the bottom of the sea. And by "truly unexpected," we mean... love.
Oh, yeah, and a new world war between merfolks—things that happen, right?(There are many benefits to be a marine biologist, eh)
