Summary
A magical incident during a mission leaves Zemo's arms turned into tentacles.
While Sam searches for a remedy, Zemo is trying to adjust to the transformation. Suddenly, even minor tasks are next to impossible to perform. Good thing Bucky is there to help him.
The change grates on the nerves of the Baron, so used to being very efficient and competent in everything he does.To make matters worse, James is compassion personified. The supersoldier is so incredibly patient and kind, not even appearing annoyed at this whole situation,
"You have a new body part. Of course it's gonna be difficult to control it."Now, if only his tentacles would stop trying to twist around James. It's a small mercy that they at least haven't tried to slither right under Bucky's clothes.

As a reward for that, he gets a huge box full of letters that have ever been written to him during his long long life but failed to be delivered, magically restored, and now finally in his possession.Some letters are to be expected. Some are not.
The letters from his mom, from his sister Becca, are the most valuable, precious things he owns now.
Some letters are written to the Winter Soldier.And then he opens a letter from one Baron Helmut J. Zemo.
