Tim Drake presents as omega at 13, his alpha mother sells him to an omega trafficking ring and he's held captive for years until he's rescued by Batman and Nightwing.
Every heat he goes through is medically induced, forced to be strapped to a breeding bench with a chained alpha as his companion. A tube collects slick and pheromones straight from the source to sell later for rich people's fertility treatments.
They're not allowed to touch or talk, muzzled at all times and separated as soon as Tim's heat ends.Their captors go as far as hurt Jason (the alpha boy) to keep Tim in check.

Summary
Damian demands Jason to be his heat partner, but the young alpha's rut is triggered by the boy's first heat and the family worries he could be too rough with him.
Dick and Tim, both omegas, stay with Damian and teach him some things while Bruce makes Jason sweat. Training. Until it turns to something else. Jason doesn't want to be fucked after his trauma, so Bruce offer himself to practice before allowing him in Damian's body.
