Summary
John Carter has sacrificed parts of himself for the greater good for years. But when he’s tasked by the FBI to voluntarily submit himself to a 72-hour psych hold in his own ED as the man he’s been for the past two decades, Dr. Robby, the lines of identity begin to blur. The cost Robby is asked to pay to help save trafficked young women is steep. And doesn’t affect only him—but everyone around him.
Or, Dr. Robby submits himself to a psych hold without really submitting himself to a psych hold. Or so he thinks.
AKA Robby/Carter makes poor decisions.
