or, ilya rozanov can't compete at the milano-cortina olympics to represent canada, because changing the country you represent there is hard enough, let alone when the country you used to play for has been banned since sochi. he livetweets instead, and finds all of the olympic drama very entertaining. harris and shane really want him to stop.
