"Ah, you pay a lot of attention to classical composers?" Ilya teases.
"No," Shane laughs. "I'm surprised you do."
Ilya thinks about sitting at his kitchen counter, slowly picking his way through his homework while his mother cooked dinner and hummed along to the music.
"Reminds me of home," is what Ilya says instead.

"That's the least surprising thing I've ever heard," Shane smirks.
"If you know all the answers, why ask questions?" Ilya teases.
"I don't know the answers, I just have educated guesses," Shane says haughtily. He turns onto his back and stares up at Ilya.
Ilya looks down into Shane's eyes, and he can't help the soft smile that breaks out across his whole face. He chuckles, "Educated guesses."
