Summary
Max Winters is a Mutant with the ability to secrete a pheromone from his skin which makes women obey him and men fear him. He goes through life with no worries, which leads him to eventually pursue a life of crime. However, he catches the attention of the heroes Wolfsbane and Catseye, who decide to track him down and put a stop to his crime spree. Unfortunately for them, things don't exactly go the way they intend.

Summary
