Summary
Eleanora Diaz had done her best to prepare, yet the small voice of her subconscious was convinced otherwise, whether she made the right decision or not in accepting.
With the confirmation in pen and by mouth, Eleanora couldn't shake her brain loose of believing she'd made a topmost terrible mistake; forgetting that not even the Yellowjackets could erase the effortless presence that came with Charlotte 'Lottie' Matthews.
To Eleanora, effortless was far from the right word that could be used to describe her.
So, when the Yellowjackets board the plane to Nationals, Eleanora is determined to remain in her bias; Lottie Matthews is NOT good news.
Although when the plane carrying the team comes crashing down, and the wilderness smothers them complete, Eleanora swears by her truth.
And Lottie ─ messy, doe-eyed, remorseful Lottie Matthews ─ causes Eleanora to fight against something she'd promise she'd never reconnect with as long as they both lived.
In the deepness of the wilderness, Eleanora Diaz discovers that some people were destined to coin one another. And perhaps, underneath disguised truth and contemplation; she was reckoned to be hers.
