Summary
Fic based on the "We Can Fix Pawbert Universe". Such a loving pack could get more fluffy and angsty, so I'm throwing in a cub they can adopt. Complete with a 5th Incident to add to the Pack's CV's.
Nekos is a 13 year old Lynx kit that has been adopted by the pack after a series of incidents, hugs, disasters, hugs, meetings and love. Life is great now! He’s still recovering from his malnutrition, but he’s got some great and solid friends. He’s pretty sure he’s recovering from his traumas (has he?). He’s seen a Birthday party, so he has an idea of what’s going to happen at his Birthday Party (kinda?).
He’s still in contact with his therapist regarding his traumas, but also to help talk about things as a kit that hasn’t got to experience a normal cubhood before.The end of the school year too! So, now he’s got to figure out what to do now with all that spare time, other than the assortment of workbooks to help him catch up to his cohort.
On the other paw, the Pack needs to figure out what to do with a kit that is no longer at school during working hours every weekday.

What happened after the pack returned from their visit to Bunnyburrow? Nekos' Nana and Pop from the Pawthorne side, and Grandma and Grandpa from the Wilde-Hopps side were a glimpse at an expanded family, and Vivian Wilde will be visiting on Tuesday, but it doesn’t stop there. There are dozens of mammals that the Pack have forgotten to inform and they are all now aware, due to Maris’s picture evidence AND the kit replying to the picture. So now we see the reactions of a small handful of them. Almost as if this was carefully planned to not overwhelm the kit.

Side story based on Chapters 27 of "The Last Lynx". Which is a fic based on the "We Can Fix Pawbert Universe".
Nekos, the star of the main fic, had just gotten to experience what happens at a Birthday Party for the FIRST time in his life. It was a critically important event for the cub, that would make or break the cub’s feelings on it, so it HAD to be PERFECT. And it WAS. Everyone pulled out all the stops to make the day feel special, and he went to bed looking forward to his birthday.
There was only one, teeny, tiny problem.
It’s Luther Pawthorne’s Birthday, the mammal that HATES being in the spotlight and the center of attention, and whilst he does try to speak and be active, it’s still not his Modus Operandi.
What was Luther feeling throughout the chapter? How did he pull the strength needed to keep smiling despite the constant attention? What was his reaction to putting on the party hat? What was he feeling when he made his wish? What happened AFTER Nekos went to bed?
