Being Harry Potter’s best mate was usually great. 10/10. No complaints.
Except when Harry and Malfoy got hit with a dodgy potion that left them with a different set of chromosomes than the ones they’d woken up with.
Ron, good friend that he was, agreed to babysit. It was just Harry and Malfoy, after all – and ever since they’d started shagging, the combination was, for the most part, less volatile.
Weird sleepover? Sure. Confusing? A bit. Malfoy made a weirdly attractive girl.
Ron just wanted what was best for his oldest mate. If that meant a little push here, a small nudge there… so be it.
Ron would do anything for the people he loved.

At least the first time had been unprecedented. Now it’s just getting ridiculous.
Ron really thought they’d all learnt their lesson. Unfortunately, none of his friends have ever been familiar with the concept of an easy life.
So he’s not all that shocked to find Hermione and Draco on his doorstep, wearing each other’s trousers and matching sheepish expressions. They know they’ve fucked up, at least. Now what is Ron – and Harry, because he’s always there – supposed to do about it?
Well. As long as he doesn’t get too distracted by how fit everyone is right now. Or what that might mean.
