Max Verstappen never forgets.
Max´s mind remembers every detail, every touch he once felt, every sound he heard, every painful and joyful moment. Sometimes… it helps him. But the majority of the time, it traps him, even the happy memories. All the emotions, the sensations, the weight of the past refuses to let him go.
As he navigates the chaos of Formula 1, his past is never that far behind. Max is always watching behind his shoulders because he doesn’t trust. He did once… not anymore…It broke him. But now, some memories want to make a comeback, but they aren’t supposed to be this vivid, this exhausting.
Maybe it’s the pressure. Maybe it’s the expectations. Or maybe it’s the ghosts of his past that keep call him.

In a season unlike any other, not one, not two, but five rookies crash-land into Formula 1, throwing the grid into beautiful (and ridiculous) chaos.
The veterans are amused, the mid-gen drivers are having an identity crisis, Charles is far too pleased with himself, and the rookies? Slightly terrified, and, somehow, convinced that Max Verstappen is the key to survival.
Max didn’t ask for this. He didn’t mean to adopt five rookies. And he definitely didn’t sign up to be the father figure to a group of overly polite rookies who stare at him like he holds the answers to the universe.
But here we are. Max knows he doesn’t stand a chance.
