Cal sees how quickly people forget what the Jedi truly stood for– how readily they forget every petition they pushed for, every town they tried to save, every child and elder pushed into battle. And– it hurts, the way they forget the children. The fact that he is still a child, that he was one of those that fought for them, branded a traitor. He doesn’t want them to forget, that children died for their sins.
He begins to write. He writes about himself– about everyone else. Every memory he has, of the creche, the temple, the war. Everything he remembers about others, other Jedi, other Brothers, the refugees.
And one by one, the galaxy takes note.

Summary

Working against the once-Republic has not changed that he is GAR to his core. The purge tore a rift in him, and he can never quite accept that everything- everyone- he once knew is gone.
One more year, he always thinks- one more year, and I can go home. Like an undercover mission with no end.

Summary
Perhaps he should worry about the sheer amount of information passed through the network, and it does leave him with migraines far too often, but it is too kriffing useful to pass up. He cannot afford to let anything fall to the wayside, not when a mere Legion would have more commanding officers walking around than a Corps like the Coruscant Guard does.
The Network is the only reason the Guard has not fallen apart yet. Sometimes, Fox just wants to sleep for a month. Unfortunately, Coruscant would probably burn down and break into chaos if he was absent for any period of time.
Still, this is his planet. The Guard's planet. It is their home, more deeply than Kamino ever was. The rest of the GAR does not have that- their hopes are their ships, endlessly traveling and battling and traveling some more. The Guard does not move, except in small numbers. Coruscant is theirs to live on and theirs to protect, and nobody can change that fact.
