  An IQ of 172, a PhD in psychology, and a Master's Degree in forensic psychology have all led Florence Jones to this opportunity - an unpaid internship. Everyone's got to start small... or, at least, she has to start small (someone like Dr Spencer Reid certainly doesn't).
