Summary
Yuki runs a very chaotic restaurant that has managed to reach 3 Michelin stars. They had lost a waiter when they were already understaffed. As if Yuki's job wasn't stressful enough, he just needed to find a new waiter. Fortunately a certain French man was in need of a job. (I listened to Le Festin while writing this.) Said French man is not fit for the job at all, but Yuki doesn't bother firing him, for more reasons than one.
