“Y’get dis look.” He grabs you, gentle, but still firm, and turns you to face him on the landing between floors. When you go to tug your arm out of his grip, it tightens. “Like I should know you. Like we all should."
You were unlucky enough to be dragged into the timestream entanglement. No one else from home seemed to make the cut.
