Prussia tells him. In a tone which makes it clear he thinks you’re stupid, which is both like and unlike him, the attitude, yes, but Prussia was always the one saying stupid shit while Germany would sigh and roll his eyes and ignore Prussia’s leer.
It’s an answer as unreal as Prussia’s appearance. Six hundred years into the past.

“We should be arriving in Bergen tomorrow.”
“Finally,” says the German Order to the sailor who came to tell him. “There you won’t be seasick, West!”
“I’m not seasick,” says Germany, teeth visibly clenched, where he’s standing next to the German Order. Their ship’s currently nosing its way through the islands of the Norwegian coast, the sailors all busily tending to the sails and navigation. West, predictably, had no idea how to help with any of that.

Summary
Veneziano tries to hide behind Prussia. Prussia, looking mostly delighted, makes a chiding sound. “Venice, don’t be scared. I’m here. West, this is the Most Serene Republic of Venice – be nice.”
Germany wants to snap at Prussia do you think I’m trying to scare him? but reins himself in. He crouches down, hating his height and his broad shoulders and his general everything, trying to make himself smaller. He tries a smile.
“Hello Venice. It’s nice to meet you.”
