The following Kappa-class artifact, hereafter Manuscript IO-287, written on torn composition paper primarily in plain black ink, was discovered outside the door of an unoccupied apartment in B██████████, ██. Its later pages are smeared with an unidentified ultrablack liquid which renders readings of certain phrases problematic. Discretion with regard to Manuscript IO-287’s contents is mandatory in accord with Title 58 U.S.C. § 2(a)(3). Personnel with interpretative difficulties may direct any inquiries to the DoAS Analytics & Processing Division Directorate.
