Summary

The King of Koopa's himself, Bowser, the self-proclaimed master of self-care.Luigi learns how to make decisions, take care of himself, and find simple joy of just enjoying the view.

Summary
After a cold and dull meeting with King Boo, Bowser decides to take a nap in front of a certain green plumber's house. When he wakes up, they have a little chat and Bowser discovers another reason to despise the red menace.
Bowser decides to invite Luigi over to his place with the promise of a week's worth of birthday activities and he's certainly not doing it just because he likes seeing Luigi smile.
