Two people, both born in poverty. One always meant to be royalty, one thrust into it. Can they find and keep eachother?

Background story to 'Heavy is the head that wears the crown' and 'A crown, if it hurts us, is not worth wearing' . Fili and Sigrid did not really get much attention in those two stories, and as I think they are a lovely ship, this story will tell their story in more detail.

This series can be read without reading the main stories in the 'Crown series' , but some references will not make a lot of sense.
