Description:

"This book, recovered from a dilapidated school in District 12, contains a full history of the Hunger Games and its 75 victors. Only the Victors of the 10th and 25th Games are omitted. It's fascinating to look at the faces of these young Victors, knowing that all but 7 (as far as we can confirm) have been killed by either the Capitol or by rebel forces. I knew many of these Victors personally. Some were kind; some were cruel and violent; many had been broken by the Capitol’s regime. I wonder if we will ever know the whole of their stories, or if my curiosity will have to make do with salvaged scraps.”
-From the desk of Plutarch Heavensbee
