Summary
In this SwanQueen AU, Emma is a princess in Snow White’s Kingdom captured by the Evil Queen; Regina has decided that Snow’s debts for ruining her life will be watching her daughter become Regina’s own pet.

"Look at you, so precious" Regina's voice was akin to a coo, such an odd sound to hear when pain was radiating through her scalp with every hair pulled "your neck is so long like this, so graceful and pale. You're just like a swan" it was a compliment she'd suffered to get, but as she watched Regina's eyes pick her apart piece by piece, she found herself unable to focus on the pain.
It was only a background thought compared to the look that burned into her.
"You don't need your Mother; I'm going to take care of you now" Regina insisted, her grip only tightening to pull a wince of pain from Emma.
Regina leaned in and pressed her lips to the side of her temple, leaving a toxic kiss behind that made Emma's heart skip six beats. With her lips still pressed against her skin, Regina spoke once more.
"I'm your Mommy now, pet"

The air between them was thick, heated, unspoken tension coiling like invisible vines. Emma stared hard into Regina's eyes, midnight espresso darkened with hate and maybe a little bit of forbidden desire.
The thought alone made Emma's stomach clench.
"You're insufferable, Miss Swan" The Mayor said, her crimson lips curling into a snarl. She took a step forward, her heels clicking on marble, her gaze predatory.
"You're no walk in the park yourself Madam Mayor" Emma snapped back, taking her own step forward, swallowing the space between them nearly entirely. "You're entitled and rude and…" she trailed off as her eyes dropped their gaze from Regina's smouldering gaze right to her plump, beautiful lips.
"And what?" Regina asked, her voice rougher than Emma was expecting, sending a jolt of something electric down her spine and between her thighs.
"And.." Emma murmured again, anger hot in her chest rising like a hot air balloon dangerously close to taking flight. "And you're so fucking beautiful it makes me hate you more"
There was a thin line between love and hate.
